THE EYONERS CLUB STUDENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (TECSAP) APPLICATION

The Eyoners Club, a semi-academic group in cooperation with its Alumni is once again looking for a deserving student to be granted with its Student Assistance Program. Aspirants may come from any of the fourteen (14) colleges in this University with the following qualifications for the application.

1. a freshman admitted in the University this First semester,

A.Y. 2007-2008

2. carries the prescribed /required regular load for his/her course

3. not enjoying any Scholarship grant, if any, he/she should waive it, should he/she be granted this scholarship

4. academically competent and physically fit

5. with moral decency

6. preferably financially unstable

The Eyoners Club Scholar will enjoy the following privileges starting the second semester of A.Y. 2007-2008:

1. a monthly stipend of 1000.00 PhP

2. semestral book allowance of 500 PhP

3. a consumable amount of 500 PhP for the enrollment fees

The applicant must write an application letter (hand or type-written) addressed to The Eyoners Club Scholarship Committee Chairperson with the following attachments:

1. Fully Accomplished Application Form (application forms are available at the residence of the Club members named below or you can download it at eyoners.blogspot.com)

2. C.O.R.

3. SASE/CET result (photocopy)

4. High School Report/Grade Card (optional)

5. 2 pcs. of 1x1 I.D. picture (recently taken within months before application)

Failure to comply any of the requirements will invalidate the application.

Application Schedule:

Sept. 14-20, 2007: Submission of Application Requirements

Sept. 21, 2007: Posting/Texting of Qualifiers for examination

Sept. 22, 2007 (1pm-5pm): Brief Orientation/Examination Day

Sept. 23, 2007: Posting of Results

Sept. 25-26, 2005: Panel Interview of the Top 5 Examinees

The determination of the Grantee will be done on the Second Semester upon close evaluation of the CGPA and other considerations.
